Advantages of height adjustable desks
Varying your posture while working at a computer reduces the harmful effects of a sedentary lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle can take a toll on your health in the long run, leading to the same ailments as an inactive lifestyle: increased risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other illnesses, due to possible obesity. Our height-adjustable deskframes are the right choice if you want to improve your well-being during work – as well as before and after. A height-adjustable desk also allows you to maintain an ergonomic posture both while standing and sitting. You can prevent physical discomfort in your back and neck as a result. An electric sit-stand desk also helps you adhere to the 60/30/10 rule recommended by various health experts. Under this rule, you spend 60 percent of your time sitting, 30 percent of your time standing and the remaining 10 percent moving.

Has been doing its job in the home office for some time now.
Was easy to assemble

very great and good, again and again
good table and nice. quiet and stable. Good buy
When the pandemic started, I had to set up my home office at home. The desk is not only adjustable in height, but also in width. These were important reasons for me to choose the Boho desk. I bought various accessories for the desk from Boho and am more than happy with my purchase.
The assembly was very easy. It was also easy to attach the accessories I bought. The electronics have also never been a problem. I use the desk almost every day for work. I can highly recommend the desk.

This base frame is quick and easy to assemble. Nothing wobbles. The motors run quickly and quietly. The working height is displayed in cm. Operation via app is usually stable.

I decided to write a review because I really liked the service.
Customer support (I went directly through the seller, not Amazon) responded immediately and sent replacement parts at lightning speed.
The reasons for this were
1) Right table leg creaked and groaned quite loudly
2) The app function advertised in the product description did not work properly.
Unfortunately, only one of the two problems could be solved, as the problem is not in the hardware (i.e. the desk or the control unit itself) but in the "Desk Control" app supplied. I have provided proof of this by means of a video in which I demonstrate how a commercial app "Desk Remote", which is subject to a charge, operates the desk without any problems. Unfortunately, purchasing an additional app at a price of EUR 30 per device (i.e. a total of EUR 90 on top!) is not an alternative. Either the product works as advertised or the price is not justified. I hope that the manufacturer will respond as quickly as usual to solve the problem.
Apart from that, the table setting delivers what it promises. At around EUR 500, the table frame is in the mid-range in terms of both price and quality. Professional table frames cost upwards of 1000 EUR and provide the stability required in a company office, which may sometimes be lacking in a private purchase.
The table does not really wobble. Of course, the table is more susceptible to knocks in a higher position, but it doesn't bother you in the slightest.
A 160x100x2.2 table top is installed, which is quite a considerable weight. Two heavy speakers, a 30" monitor and an amplifier can be moved up and down the table frame without any problems. If I also sit on it with 80kg, the motor can still manage it, but it is already grunting noticeably.
Assembly is child's play (and I'm no handyman). The click system ensures a stable position of the table legs. It was particularly important to me that if I ever bought a new table top, I would be able to take the table apart again... as I now inevitably had to change the right table leg (see above), the reusability was also put to the test here. And... I have to say that the manufacturer has really thought things through. Both disassembly and assembly are fantastically easy and safe. Well... the manufacturer could of course have included the trick in the operating instructions that you can open the click fastener by bending the U-shaped metal end pieces. But once you know this, you really don't have any problems with it. Subsequent adjustment of the table leg width was also no problem if you know the trick with the combination pliers on the plastic rivet.
The bottom line is that a single person with no manual skills can assemble and disassemble the table without any problems. A second person would be desirable, but not essential, for turning the table round.
The running noise is pleasantly quiet.
I'm looking forward to when the app has been fixed, because then I can tell Alexa to put the table in the standing position when I'm on my way to the home office!
When the time comes, I'll also give it the last star.

The desk is easy to set up and is convincing in daily use (I've been using it for almost a year and a half now). It is very stable and can be easily adjusted in height, ideal if you want to work standing up for part of the time. I rarely use the app, I use the controls at my desk. I would also like to praise the support, I was able to contact someone easily when I had a problem and I was helped with a replacement part the very next day. A product that you can enjoy for a long time (also because of the long guarantee).

I have installed two of these frames under a real wood oak top measuring 2000x800x20. The table swings a little more in the extended position, but this is not a problem for me.
The frame can be loaded without any problems and the height adjustment works perfectly.

I bought the frame in March 2021 and have been using it since then with an IKEA pressboard desk top 180*80*2 (solid wood is planned, unfortunately I'm still too broke for walnut).
It took a while to assemble, but on the whole it was quite easy and could be done alone.
The quality of the individual parts seems very good, no sharp edges, no plastic, everything is very solid.
The load capacity of 120 kg is above average compared to the 80 kg offered by most other manufacturers.
The plug for the collision protection was missing on delivery, but was sent back by the seller after a brief contact without any whining - very commendable!
The control panel is much more stylish and "cooler" to handle than the usual things with their up/down buttons.
The app is totally "OK". Controlling the desk via the app is a pure gimmick, but nothing more.
The recording of "goals" is also rather so-so, as soon as you forget to put the desk back at sitting height, the time for the goal continues to be recorded, even if you are actually having lunch on the couch.
The app should perhaps ask you in the meantime, "Are you still at your desk?" could also be annoying.
The app is not included in my rating because it is hardly ever used.
The only point that bothers me is that the motor has become quite loud and there is a certain delay from leg to leg due to the threaded rod. In other words, first the left side moves, then the other side moves with a delay of about 1 cm. The motor sounds quite unhappy.
This was not the case from the start, but has developed over time.
Otherwise, the frame continues to do what it should without any further problems. I am satisfied and would buy it again.

Hello dear Amazon customers,
I'm a lazy bum - even though I'm happy about various good products that I've ordered on Amazon, there's rarely one that inspires me enough to actually write.
But this table frame...
== Delivery
The delivery arrived by UPS a few days earlier than expected (23 March instead of 25-30 March). The parcel was well tied up, easy to open without taking up too much space or material. Very good!
== Compatibility
I used an IKEA solid wood desk as a table top. Width: ~155cm, depth: ~74cm, thickness: 28mm. All the screws supplied fitted perfectly, as long as you pre-drill the holes.
== Assembly
Instructions are minimalistic but sufficient. It doesn't note whether there are minimum or maximum distances to the edges, but there are very informative diagrams included showing exactly where to fix (ideally centre, centre). If I remember correctly, the instructions were included with the heaviest package (the extendable table legs).
A cordless screwdriver is sufficient for pre-drilling and screwing, but I recommend longer attachments, as the holes are difficult to reach for short screw and drill attachments.
Start with the substructure, determine the width first, then click in the struts. The click system works really well.
I recommend attaching the enclosed cable holder at this point, not just where it says in the instructions.
The substructure is fixed in place with 20 screws.
The click system is then used again for the table legs. My not quite 60kg climbed onto the click system to push it in - so you can say it's stable. And the feeling of clicking in is great -- all the screwing you save... wonderful.
The feet are quickly fitted and then you're done.
No, it doesn't take 15 minutes to pre-drill for 20 screws, but I was done in between 45 and 60 without help.
Be careful when setting up (turning over): this stuff is heavy.
== Quality
All parts are made of steel, only the screw feet and the control element are made of plastic. Even with the click system, nothing jerks or wobbles.
The motors are quiet, coffee and glasses of water vibrate slightly, but apart from the tiniest ripples when moving down, nothing is noticeable. There are now three screens on the table, and I've even had to climb onto the table briefly. Everything is stable and doesn't even give the impression of being affected by the weight.
The control element is a joy -- at least when adjusting the table height. I'm not yet familiar with the best way to operate the memory buttons and sometimes move the table up or down unintentionally when I need the other three buttons. Will probably come with practice :)
All functions can be used without the app.
== Conclusion
Even if the table frame costs a little more, for the great, sleek design, the beautiful (!) control element, the user-friendliness, the robustness, the quiet and low-vibration motors and the really easy assembly, it is ALWAYS worth the money! I couldn't wish for a better table frame at the moment, I could only ask for an additional software function: I would like an automatic function so that the table moves itself to the next or selected storage position.
If there are any complaints at some point, I will update the review!
